My time spent at Spavia was always much needed (toddler mom) and my masseuse Stormi is a gem. She is personable and always makes me feel comfortable along with radiating good vibes. She applies the perfect amount of pressure and even when you think she's being soft, you feel the amazing effects the next day! I highly recommend booking with her.

Rachel was amazing as always, she is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable during the service. The spa is clean, well kept and the ladies at the front are very friendly!

I have been going to Spavia in West Plano for several years. Consistently delivers on their services. I typically have John or Leslie as my masseuse. Both really fantastic. And the front desk, with Amanda & Jolie, are super friendly & welcoming. Love coming here every month!

I booked a massage to help with my postpartum aches and pains but I didn’t realize I chose the wrong type of massage. Thankfully I had Leslie, who heard me talk about the areas causing me pain and suggested a different type of massage! Leslie was AMAZING and not only took her time working on my problem areas but also taught me how to do some stretches at home to help. She was informative, kind and gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. And I’ve been getting massages for 10+ years! The staff here is the best and always makes it an amazing experience.

Emily was great and very warm and welcome from the beginning. It's easy to tell she really enjoys what she does and that is exactly the right person you want to do these skin treatments. The entire staff was great and very friendly! Looking forward to coming back.

I’ve had 2 facials with Emily, and I always leave feeling refreshed and glowing. Emily is very friendly and professional. She tells you what she is applying and the purpose. She’s very knowledgeable about different skin care products. The spa itself is nice and clean. They remodeled the waiting area in the back which is very peaceful and relaxing. I’ll definitely will be back for another facial with Emily. Thank you!

Leslie was great. This was only my second massage so she made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. She also gave me tips to help stretch out after the massage. She encouraged my wife and I to get a membership to support our overall health and wellness. We will be coming back soon! Thanks Spavia for making our anniversary special!

Got a hydroderm facial with Emily, it was fantastic! Loved the experience and my face feels lovely 🥰 they gave me an add on for my birthday which was a special treat. Definitely recommend! They have lovely teas and the robes are super nice. The table was heated, will definitely be going back!

I have been coming here for massages for a few years. I’ve tried a few different massage therapists here and Whitney is by far the best! I’ve recommended her to several family and friends who have also enjoyed their treatment! Book with Whitney and you won’t be disappointed!

The staff was attentive to my personal needs. Being greeted with a warm neck wrap is the way I enjoyed entering a spa. The women’s locker room was clean, well decorated and organized. The waiting area was relaxing and quiet. The service that I used is called a body scrub and it felt great. My therapist was attentive and matched my vibe. She brought me hot tea to finish with prior to redressing. I’m definitely going back!
